Additionally, we provide tele-behavioral support to veterans with Post Traumatic Stress (PTS), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Military Sexual Trauma (MST). April is a Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran. She has extensive experience working with Veterans recovering from the trauma of Post Traumatic Stress. She was a Research Nurse Coordinator at The U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research also.

I retired in April 2006 with 20 years of service in the United States Air Force.  I am a Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran.  I worked as a Mental Health Nurse during my Desert Storm deployment. While deployed from 2005-2006 to Balad, I worked as the Medical/Surgical Ward Flight Commander and Infection Control Nurse at the largest surgical trauma hospital in Iraq.  I also have extensive experience working with Veterans recovering from the trauma of Post Traumatic Stress.  As a Research Nurse Coordinator at The U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research where I studied the rates of  OIF/OEF and OND wounded warriors with PTSD. Morgan is a Research Assistant at Musiq To My Peers, LLC. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in behavioral and community health from The University of Maryland-College Park, she worked in health promotion and employee wellness at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In this role she developed, designed, and implemented programs to equip employees with the proper tools necessary to improve their health and well-being. (learn more)
